my FHI Platform was the love of my life. It works wonderfully! The only reason it did not receive 5 stars is because it’s durability is not the best. I am kind of rough on my flat irons and this one was all messed up once it reached the one year mark. The plates were slipping out and then finally the cord separated from the iron. Thats my only concern with this one…but it works well nonetheless.

I was not really imprssed with this. Ive done better with my hair with different irons and it didn’t seem like it was worth all of the money. Personally, I find that the temperature control is inconvenient inside the iron but it does flow nicely through my hair.

I’m a Hairdresser and I love this iron. I have had 3 in the last 3 years. The company will replace you iron if anything happens to it under warranty. It heats up super fast. It straightens the toughest hair, very smooth, very shiny. It’s light and feels good in you hand. I do find that I get a lot of static from in though.

I have been using this flat iron for over 6 years. And it is still working as it did when I first bought it—magnificantly. It has a flexible cord so it is easy to use. Also, it is easy to curl the ends of your hair with its rounded edged plates.

BEST STRAIGHTENER! but i do get a lot of static from it, only cause my hair is very thin! It doesn’t burn your hair what so ever, even though mine is so thin its just as silky. It is a bit pricey though but its worth it!

I love this flatiron! I’m an african american female with 4c natural hair (really kinky) and trust me the FHI Platform really straightens my hair.

I have this flat iron and it sucks, the final results are frizzy and unstraightened.
i only used this about 5 times, thats how bad it is. so now its just sitting in my closet in perfect condition.

My FHI straightener was horrible! It was trashy and my hair looked silky and straight before I used it. After using this straightener once, my hair is literally the most damaged hair I have ever seen. It pulled and yanked my hair and noone compliments me anymore because my hair is hideous. I want to sue.

My experience with the FHI straightner was not so great, if i could take it back i would but unfortunately i lost the reciept. It left my hair damaged, and now my hair smells burt. It heats up fast, but it creates a lot of static too, it completely sucks in my opinion.

FANTASTIC – the best straighteners I’ve ever had. I got mine after visiting a hairdressers, and I don’t regret a penny that I spent on them. I’ve got kinky hair that grows outwards rather than downwards and very thick. My FHI’s glide through my hair just as well as the first day I bought them around 5 years ago. I won’t hesitate recommending them or buying another set when mine eventually give up the ghost. They’ve changed my life and I can’t live without them.

I thought these straighteners wer one of the best iv used in a long time i have long thick hair and all these new thin plated ones do not heat up enough and the ones that do takes for ever to straighten my hair beccause you can only straighten a small amount of hair at a time but these are perfect.

The very, very best iron on the market. I discovered this unit at my hairdressers and have not been disappointed.

This FHI flat iron is the best, i use the Runway series and i truely love it, i have been useing it for 4year’s.

I’m ahairdresser.I’m happy with FHI and has worked very well.Even you can curl the hair,the plates are slim to roll down the section with it,easy to work,doesn’t come with a stand or blanket but still i would recommend it to others.I bought it for £69.99 not cheap,it’s much better than Remington that I had.Girls,if you use heat protect spray(a good one) on each section of hair while straightening,you wouldn’t have a damaged hair by the end.

I had my FHI for approximatley 4 years, the plates did fall out, well on of them any way, I’m still using. It’s still by far the best iron I’ve owned, now I’m in the market for a new one has any heard of Suji?

I am trying to contact FHI company past two weeks to buy a flat iron, left them a message via email and phone no one called or emailed me back, this worries me.. if a company is hard to get intouch and buy from…. should I trust them?

I’ve tried different brands and the best one for me is the Karmin G3 Salon Pro, I really like it because it causes less damage to the hair, keeps my hair soft, shiny and very straight. Plus I can curl my hair with it too. I luv it !!
