Burnt my hair so bad that half of it fell out and the remaining half is so damaged it is still falling out. Only used it once. Stay far away from Remington. I was comfortable purchasing it because of all the high ratings and glowing reviews, now I don’t even believe those reviews are from real customers. Search for “Remington complaints burns damages hair” instead of “Remington reviews”. The general product review search returns happy and amazing and wonderful reviews. The search includung specific problems returns stories just as horrendous as mine from real Remington victims like me. If you want healthy hair DO NOT buy a Remington straightener.

Have had this one for a year or more and love it. I use it on the hottest temperature as recommended by my stylist. Was however warned not to use it until my hair was dry even though they say you can dry your hair with it. I have been happy with it though!
