Not a good flat iron if you have ethnic “natural” hair, meaning thick and curly/wavy. It would not maintain the heat and completely stopped working after a month of usage.

Nice and easy to handle !! Gentle and straightens well!! This iron wont destroy your hair, it leaves it healthy and shiny. Most irons are aggressive this one is a dream come true for delicate treatment to fine hair!!

great iron works very well even on a low setting. very pricy but u pay for quality

Pretty good atraightener. Have natural “ethinic” hair and its very good at geeting the curl/wave out of my hair. The only problems I have are it does get very hot to touch and sometimes it snags. I also experience a lot of steam that makes it uncomfortable to get close to the scalp. Overall I love the iron and have recommended it to many friends.

i got t3 straighteners when they first came out and from day one i loved them. BUT after using them religiously and refusing to ever switch from them, i have now changed my mind. there is a fault with these straighteners (something to do with the wiring) and they went on fire whilst i was in the middle of doing my hair. DO NOT buy this product!

Great Iron I have ethnic hair and my daughter is multi cultural tried many iron from the mall brands to CHI and this is by far the best!!! I read the other reviews and it can make your hair hot but the results are amazing because of our hair a little humidity and my hair usually frizzes right up but I no longer have that problem it lasts until my next wash and staighten!!!! Mine had a short in the cord too but with the warranty I just took it back to the store after 3 years and got a brand new one:)
